KIITEE 2017 Application Form

KIITEE 2017 Application Form is available from 2nd December 2016 on the official website of KIITEE. Thus, the candidates willing for admission in KIIT for undergraduate or postgraduate courses can now apply for the KIITEE 2017 Application Form.

Established in 1992 and opened five years later as a centre for higher learning, KIIT University is today one of the most prestigious universities in India. Its commitment to teaching excellence led to the grant of university status under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Govt. of India in 2004, within only seven years of its inception.

The courses offered by KIITEE 2017 are:

  • Undergraduate Courses

B.Tech, Biotechnology – Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech), B.Sc Nursing, BA LLB/BBA LLB/B.Sc LLB, BBA, BCA, Bachelor of Architecture, B.Tech (Lateral Entry).

  • Postgraduate Courses

Integrated Master of Mass Communication, MCA, M.Tech, MCA (Lateral Entry), M.Sc, M.Sc Nursing, MBA, LLM.

KIITEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria

To get admission through KIITEE 2017, candidates must be eligible for particular course criteria. Different course have different eligibility criteria as given below:

Courses Eligibility
B.Tech
  • ·        Candidates must have passed or appearing in 10+2 exam with minimum 60% marks in PCM group.
  • ·        For B.Tech (Dual Degree), must have passed 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology subjects with at least 60% marks.
    Must have born on or after 01 July, 1996.
B.Tech (Lateral Entry)
  • ·        Pass in three years diploma course in Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
  • Candidates should have born on or after 01 July, 1993.
B.Tech in Architecture
  • ·        Pass in 12th exam with mathematics subjects securing minimum 60% marks.
  • ·        Pass in NATA exam.
  • ·        Must have born on or after 01 July, 1996.
MBA
  • ·        Graduates in any discipline with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA).
BBA
  • ·        12th pass in any stream with minimum 50% marks.
  • ·        Should have any one of the subjects Mathematics /Business   Mathematics / Economics/ Statistics at 10+2 level.
  • ·        Must have born on or after 01 July, 1996.
BCA
  • ·        12th pass from any stream with at least 50% marks and should have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level.
  • ·        Must have born on or after 01 July, 1996.
M.Tech (Lateral Entry)
  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in respective branches of engineering.
  • First class MCA/ M.Sc in (Comp/IT/ETC).
MCA/ MCA (Lateral Entry)
  • Any graduate with at least 50% marks and should have studied Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level.
  • Should have born on or after 01 July, 1993.

KIITEE 2017 Exam Pattern

The pattern of KIITEE 2017 Exam will be like this:

  • The exam will be conducted through CBT (Computer Based Mode).
  • The question paper will contain objective type question; each question is followed by four options.
  • For each correct answer four marks will be provided.
  • One mark will be deducted for wrong answer as the negative marking.
  • The question paper will be asked in English language.
